This privacy policy applies to the website and explains to users the conditions under which their personal data is collected and processed, in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 216/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The personal data mentioned above is collected when the user fills in the information prior to sending a message via the contact form.

Consent to the processing of Cookies – see Article 11 – will only be valid for a period of 13 months. After this period, the user’s consent will be subject to a new collection.

  • To question the data controller on all matters relating to the collection and processing of his data;
  • to request the data controller to have access to his personal data, to rectify or erase them, or to limit the processing of his data.

  • To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • To withdraw his consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing operation based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal of consent, this right existing exclusively where the processing is based on the consent of the data subject to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.

11. Security of personal data

DEKKHA Consulting adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures regarding the security of personal data to prevent any violation or unauthorized processing of such information, including :

  • Implementation of TLS protocol on the website, including all pages where personal data is displayed or transmitted;
  • Secure French servers;
  • Firewalls;
  • Physical and logical protection of the website etc.

12. Use of Cookies

12.a. Consent

The website uses « Cookies » which consist of a sequence of information installed on your hard disk by the browser of the user’s terminal.

These Cookies make it possible to process statistics and traffic information, to facilitate navigation and to improve the service for the user’s comfort.

Cookies are not used to determine the personal identity of a user. However, the use of Cookies involving the storage and analysis of personal data is subject to the prior consent of the user.

This consent will be valid for 13 months only. After this period, the user’s consent will be re-collected so that Cookies can again be deposited on the user’s hard drive.

12.b Types of cookies used

The site uses 3 types of cookies:

  • Session Cookies in order to track the user’s movements on the website and facilitate navigation;
  • Analytical Cookies to track the user’s browsing on the website for statistical purposes in order to know the audience and improve services.
  • Social network cookies. The website offers application buttons to share certain content on the site via social networking platforms (« share » or « like » button). These application buttons use Cookies to track the navigation of users, whether they use these buttons or not.

12.c Specificity of « social network » cookies

These Cookies are deposited directly by social networks and DEKKHA Consulting has no control over this practice.

It is therefore recommended that users read the privacy policy applicable to these social networks and exercise their choices by setting up their user accounts for each of them.

DEKKHA Consulting can in no way be held responsible for the way in which personal data will be stored or used by these third parties.
